Who We Are
ZenBrain Studio provides self-directed tools and frameworks for building intentional mornings and cultivating presence. We are an educational resource, not a therapeutic or coaching service. Our website is located at zenbrainstudio.com.
Your Portal Content Is Private
When you use the Clarity Portal, you create personal content — check-ins, brain dumps, reflections, tasks, warning signs, and conversations with the Clarity Guide. We want you to feel completely safe being honest with yourself in this space.
- Your portal content is private. There is no admin panel, dashboard, or interface that allows anyone — including the site owner — to browse, read, or view your personal entries.
- Your password is encrypted. We use industry-standard bcrypt hashing, which means your password is mathematically scrambled before it's stored. No one can see or recover your actual password — not even us.
- Your payment details are secure. All payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your credit card numbers, CVV, and billing details never touch our servers. We only store a reference ID to your Stripe subscription.
- AI conversations stay between you and the Guide. Your Clarity Guide conversations are processed to generate responses and are stored in your account for conversation continuity. They are not reviewed, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with ZenBrain Studio, we may collect:
- Account information — your email address and display name, used to identify your account and personalize your experience.
- Email opt-in information — when you sign up for a free guide, we collect your email address and optionally your first name to deliver the resource and follow-up content.
- Portal usage data — your check-ins, tasks, reflections, brain dumps, and other entries you create within the Clarity Portal. This data belongs to you and powers your personalized experience.
- Traffic source data — such as UTM parameters and referral information, which helps us understand how visitors find us. This data is not personally identifiable.
- Anonymous analytics — page views and form interactions to understand how our site is used. This data does not identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize your Clarity Portal experience (check-ins, AI guidance, pattern tracking, and daily planning).
- To deliver free resources you've requested (e.g., The Espresso Pause guide).
- To send follow-up email sequences related to resources you've downloaded or products you've purchased.
- To process subscription payments securely through Stripe.
- To send portal onboarding emails that help you get the most from your subscription.
- To improve our website and understand which content resonates with visitors.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our site:
- Stripe — for secure payment processing. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We never store your card details.
- Resend — for delivering emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of email delivery. See their privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- AI Language Model — to power the Clarity Guide. Your conversation messages are processed by an AI service to generate personalized responses. No personally identifiable information beyond your first name and portal data is shared with the AI service.
- Facebook Pixel — if enabled, we may use Meta's tracking pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can opt out of Facebook tracking through your Facebook ad settings.
Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt encryption before storage — they cannot be reversed or read by anyone. All data is transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted connections). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains the highest level of PCI compliance. While no system is 100% immune to risk, we follow industry best practices to protect your information.
Cookies and Tracking
Our site uses a session cookie to keep you logged in to the Clarity Portal. We also use a minimal visitor identifier stored in your browser's local storage to track anonymous page views and form interactions. If Facebook Pixel is active, Meta may set cookies according to their own policies.

You have the right to:

Data Retention
We retain your account and portal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is preserved in case you return. If you request account deletion, we will remove all your personal data and portal content within 30 days. Email subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed; if you unsubscribe, we will remove your data within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
